I'm not a huge fan of Father's Day, in the same way I'm not a fan of Mother's Day. Picking one day out of the year to buy cards and gifts to honor people who should be celebrated every day...it's like Valentine's Day. Meh. Show your loved ones you care everyday. It's less expensive than a cheesy card or another goofy tie.
A couple of essays really struck me this morning, so I thought I'd share. Also an article by Tara Parker-Hope on stressed out dads.
